I haven’t received my order yet?:

Please review the delivery and information page as a first point of call, if your order has surpass the estimated time frame, email us to look into this further for you.

Please note we exclude weekends and bank holidays from the processing and delivery time frame.

Ensure to include your full name, shipping address and order number in the email to receive a response. We aim to respond between 1 - 3 business days.


How long until I receive my refund?: 

3-14 business days, payment will be refunded onto the original use of payment method at the time of purchase.

I want to cancel my order?:

We do not grant cancellations once a product has been purchased as we begin processing for for dispatch. This means you cannot make any changes to your order. However once you have received your order, you can apply for refund by filling out our returns form here.

You have right to a 14 day cooling period, this excludes products that cannot be refunded due to hygiene concerns or have been customised.

How long until I receive my order?:

When will I receive tracking number?:

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will recieve an confirmation email providing full details on how to track your order, including the name of your delivery courier. 

I ordered the wrong product, can I change it?:

Unfortunately once an order has been placed, no amendments can be made. If the product purchased is eligible for return, please fill in a returns form.

I've receive my order and I dislike the product, can i exchange it?:

Due to the nature of most of our products we do not offer refunds/exchanges specific items, please refer to our refunds policy page for more details.
